GL Consultancy and Services was incorporated in 2001, providing one-stop
professional services to meet the requirements of the food-processing industry. We are a corporate
member of the Singapore Institute of Food Science & Technology (SIFST) as well as their approved
HACCP consultant. Our consultants are PMC (Practising Management Consultants) certifi ed.

CORPORATE OVERVIEW

To date, we have assisted over 400 food businesses and more than 2,000 general trade companies
in fulfi lling the Regulations and obtaining approvals from AVA, NEA, MOM, URA, BCA, FSB, HDB
JTC and private developers.
Since 2003, we have provided management systems’ consultancy services to more than 100
clients and prepare HACCP Plan for more than 400 companies. A wide variety of the certifi cation
scope that was covered ranging from trading, repacking, cold storage, food processing to catering.
The range of products include dry foodstuff, chilled and frozen food, raw, cooked and ready to eat
products. The staff size of our clients range from 2 to 100. We train and guide the company in the
successful implementation of the various management systems and in obtaining certifi cation right
at the 1st attempt.
Our team consists of professional engineers, project managers, drafting personnel and project
consultants. Together, they have many years of practical experience and were involved in many
key projects. They are known to be able to establish good rapport with their clients and fl exible to
the clients’ unique requirements.
